The centre is financed wholly by the fees paid by parents; the fees are set at a price that will cover running expenses. Therefore it is important that fees are paid on time so that the centre can cover the cost of wages and bills.

Fees are charged for 51 weeks of the year, this includes public holidays, and any time off you may have (this is inline with other centres and is due to the centre having ongoing costs).

The fee includes:
- meals = morning-tea, lunch, afternoon-tea and a late snack
- nappies
- art supplies
- books

Nursery fees are slightly higher due to the higher cost of running the room. Our main priority is to keep the staff to baby ratio lower than regulation standard as we feel it aids in a more calm start to creche life for both parents and babies.

Fundraising is done regularly for equipment.

Everyone is entitled to some form of rebate
1. Government Rebate - Child-care Benefit (Family Assistance Office)
2. Salary Packaging (University of Melbourne)
3. Student Rebate

The days you book in for are your permanent days, you may pick up extra casual days (if available) but you need to give two weeks notice if you wish to change your permanent days and four weeks notice if you wish to cancel.
